  • Shipping & Delivery

    With most of our distribution facilities located right here in the midwest, we are centrally located to deliver from coast to coast.  Depending on the product, quantity and availability, most orders typically go out same-day, as long as they're ordered before 3pm CST.  We can often ship past that, but nothing is guaranteed.  For expedited shipments placed later in the afternoon, we recommend you contact us to ensure your product is available and that it's not past the cutoff.  

  • Tracking

    Tracking numbers are typically emailed to the address that the account is setup under.  Please feel free to contact us after 24 hours of your order, if you have not received it. 

  • Returns & Replacements

    We want you to be pleased with your new purchase, however, in the event you need to return an item, we're certainly here to help.  You can return most of the products we offer, though you may see different return options depending on the item and/or reason for return.  Please review the Return & Exchange Policy for more details.  You are also able to initiate a Return Request here.  See below for common questions:

  • Ordering

    Orders can be placed via the website or over the phone, with any type of credit card or Paypal.  We do not accept purchase orders.

  • Pricing & Promotions

    If you sign-up for our newsletter or are on our email lists, then you will receive the most current pricing and promotions.  There are no special codes you can get, just by calling in.

  • Viewing Orders

    To view a recent order or pull up any past orders, you'll need to setup an account.  Please go to the Account Setup or My Account link for more information.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update your account and profile settings under the "My Account" link.  If you are locked up, please use the "Forgot My Password" link to reset it.  If you still cannot access your account, please contact us via email and request access.
